As a church we welcome all those who wish to make a declaration of faith in Jesus Christ through baptism. For babies and young children, parents and Godparents are invited to make that declaration on their behalf.

Pastor Anna will meet with you either as the parents of a child or an adult to talk about baptism and what you might like within the service. She very much likes a baptism to be part of a morning Sunday service so that the newly baptized person can be fully welcomed by members of the church on the day. You will always receive a warm welcome and support from our church family.

However, if you would prefer a baptism service outside of this time then you are invited to meet with her to discuss this.

Arrangements for baptism services

 

Our baptisms are normally celebrated within our Sunday worship services where you can receive the full welcome and support of the whole church. There is no fee for baptism but you may wish to consider making a small donation. 

 

If you are considering a private service outside of our morning worship then this might be possible. However, in such a situation we suggest a donation to cover running costs.
